Fitting & Care Instructions:

Gently pull ear outward and upward and insert plug into ear canal with a slight twisting motion.

Never use force; allow plug to sit comfortably in ear .if painful, remove and reinsert.Check that 

plugs filter background noise and retain speech quality.If speech cannot be heard,plugs maybe 

wrong size or inserted incorrectly. Wash with warm soapy water or 70% alcohol.Keep in case

provided when not in use.In case of ear infection or problems consult a doctor before use.

The principle of reduce pressure:

Earbuds into the ear,principle is to make air does not into the ear,air through the earplugs holes into the air chamber,will adjust the pressure through air chamber.when pressure change,both ends can form resistance,air is not directly into the ear,adjust the air pressure change through the air chamber.Making the function of the ear's eustachian tube will not result in a rapidly changing air pressure and cause too much pressure.
